Who processes your data

The data controller is NV Barbers Ltd. (“NV Barbers”, “we”), operator of the NV Barbers shops in Sofia and Sozopol and of nvbarbers.eu. For any privacy question: contact@nvbarbers.eu.

What we collect

When you book: name, phone and optionally email — to hold your slot and reach you if needed.

When you create an account: email, password (stored only as an irreversible hash) and phone, plus your booking history and loyalty points (orbs).

When you sign in with Google: your name and email as provided by Google. We never receive your Google password.

We collect no payment data — payments currently happen in the shop.

What we use it for

Fulfilling your booking (legal basis: performance of contract), email confirmations and notifications about your bookings, running your account and the loyalty programme.

We do not sell your data. We send no marketing without explicit consent. The site uses no third-party trackers or analytics — only essential session cookies for login and booking.

Where it lives

Data is stored on our own server in the European Union. Emails are delivered via Resend (EU region), a transactional email provider.

How long we keep it

Your account and history are kept while the account is active. On deletion — or on your request — data is erased unless a law requires keeping it.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete and port your data, and you may complain to the Bulgarian data protection authority (CPDP, www.cpdp.bg). Write to contact@nvbarbers.eu — we respond without undue delay.
