Who we are

nvbarbers.eu is operated by EN VI STYLE EOOD (“NV Barbers”, “we”), company no. (ЕИК) 208938171, registered office: 13 Enyo Valchev St, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria — a barbershop chain with locations in Sofia and Sozopol. The company is not VAT-registered. Contact: nvbarbers@abv.bg, +359 877 727 222. By using the site you accept these terms.

The same company is the seller for every order in the online shop and the issuer of the visit passes.

Bookings

Online booking is free — you pay for the service in the shop. Prices are shown in EUR with all taxes included (dual BGN display as required by law).

Arrive on time — being late may shorten or void the service. You can cancel online from your account up to 2 hours before the start; after that, by phone.

Repeated no-shows may lead to online booking being limited for that customer.

Accounts

Your account is personal — keep its details accurate and your password safe. You can request deletion anytime at nvbarbers@abv.bg.

Loyalty points (orbs)

Orbs are promotional points: earned from visits, valid per shop, redeemable for rewards offered there. They have no cash value, cannot be bought out or transferred, and the programme may change or end with reasonable notice.

Online shop — orders & prices

Shop prices are in euro with the lev equivalent at the fixed rate 1 € = 1.95583 BGN. They are final — the company is not VAT-registered and charges no VAT. The price at the time of ordering applies; delivery is shown separately before you confirm. Photos are illustrative; packaging may differ.

You order from the cart with your name, phone, optional email, and a delivery and payment choice. The contract is concluded when you see the on-screen confirmation with an order number (NV-ORD-…), or, for card payments, once the payment succeeds. If a product turns out to be out of stock we will let you know and refund within 14 days.

Payment

Card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) — processed by Stripe; we never receive or store card details. Cash on delivery — paid to the courier on receipt. In store — when you collect from the chosen shop.

Delivery

We deliver within Bulgaria only, via Pigeon Express — to an office, a locker or an address. Price: 3 € (5.87 BGN) per order, cash on delivery included; free for orders over 50 €. Pickup at a shop is free.

We dispatch within 2 working days of confirming the order; Pigeon Express usually delivers in 1–2 working days. You receive an email with a tracking link.

Right of withdrawal & returns

As a consumer you may withdraw from the order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it (Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). Tell us at nvbarbers@abv.bg (you may use: “I withdraw from the purchase of … under order NV-ORD-…, received on …; name, address, date”) and return the product within 14 days of your notice to: NV Barbers — Studentski Grad, 62 Prof. Kiril Popov St, Sofia.

Cosmetic products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (Art. 57(5) CPA); sealed products are accepted. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

We refund the amount paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the product back, using the original payment method.

Complaints

For a defective or wrong product, write to nvbarbers@abv.bg within 14 days of receipt with a photo — we replace it or refund at our cost. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act are unaffected.

Visit passes (tickets)

A ticket is a prepaid pack of 5 or 10 visits for a specific service with a specific barber, at a 10 % or 15 % discount. It is paid by card only and appears in your account right after payment. You use it when booking from your account; if a booking is cancelled, the visit returns to the ticket.

Tickets are personal, non-transferable and valid for 12 months from purchase. If no visit has been used, you may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund. If the barber leaves, the remaining visits can be used with another barber in the same shop or are refunded.

Liability & governing law

We work to keep the site accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Bulgarian law applies; disputes go to the competent Bulgarian court, and consumers may also use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
