Who we are

nvbarbers.eu is operated by NV Barbers Ltd. (“NV Barbers”, “we”) — a barbershop chain with locations in Sofia and Sozopol. By using the site you accept these terms.

Bookings

Online booking is free — you pay for the service in the shop. Prices are shown in EUR with all taxes included (dual BGN display as required by law).

Arrive on time — being late may shorten or void the service. You can cancel online from your account up to 2 hours before the start; after that, by phone.

Repeated no-shows may lead to online booking being limited for that customer.

Accounts

Your account is personal — keep its details accurate and your password safe. You can request deletion anytime at contact@nvbarbers.eu.

Loyalty points (orbs)

Orbs are promotional points: earned from visits, valid per shop, redeemable for rewards offered there. They have no cash value, cannot be bought out or transferred, and the programme may change or end with reasonable notice.

Online shop & visit passes

When online payments launch, purchases will be governed by separate terms shown before payment (prices, delivery, returns). Until then products are sold in the shops only.

Liability & governing law

We work to keep the site accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Bulgarian law applies; disputes go to the competent Bulgarian court, and consumers may also use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
